5 min video to find "value area"

I would like to see a five min tutorial on finding value area. Trying to put these levels together myself just in case I can’t tune in to topstep tv! anymore. Put on volume profile but the levels aren’t lining up, even with value area set at 70.

If you can think of more 5 min videos explaining the levels would be greatly appreciated.
