Ability to lock our TopstepX layouts

Problem:

The X button present next to every tab can result in critical components such as the order tab being closed when attempting to switch between them.

Potential Solution:

Having a small lock icon/option added to the current the layout options to remove/deactivate the X's would be fantastic for peace of mind.

This would prevent mis-clicks and save users from having to restore the closed components again or reloading layouts at critical times.
