Account Not Reset After Subscription Renewal

Hello Topstep Support,

I was charged $49 on February 15 for my subscription renewal, and my account status shows “Active” on the dashboard. However, my Trading Combine account has not been reset, and I am unable to see or access the updated account properly on the platform.

Could you please check my subscription ID (2341845) and confirm why the account has not been reset after renewal?
