Add combine info to subscription/billing

As of right now there isn’t anything that tells you which combine a subscription is referring to. You have to connect some dots with the dates on your own in order to figure out which subscription is which.

This seems like a minor oversight that could cause larger problems with billing.

Just add a column that specifies the combine.

This will make sure you don’t accidentally cancel accounts you are using, and that you don’t get charged for accounts you no longer plan to use.
