Add Daily Winning Targets limit and time limit

I find myself having the urge to overtrade more knowing I'm up on the day. Whenever I'm up on the day, regardless of the amount, I feel confident and want to continue to trade.

It'd be awesome to have a feature like the trading combine where, once you've made a certain personal amount, you're locked out for the day. I love this rule on the combine as I know I'd have to make extra if I surpass 50%, so I'd never trade once i reach it.

Another useful tool would be a personal time limit. I've talked to a lot of traders regarding to this, and they say that they'd be up in the morning but give back later in the day. It'd be super helpful if we could set a time limit such as "market open to lunch time, 9:30–11:30, and you're locked out for the day." or "3 p.m.–4 p.m., as I only want to trade power hour.".

All of these features are personalizeable since everyone likes them differently, but it'd be super helpful for Topstep traders to be up on the day and walk away to keep the profits safe! :)
