Add Green/Red color to Join Bid/Join Ask Buttons on DOM and Order ticket

Thanks for adding the Join Bid, Join Ask to the order ticket. Can you also color the buttons appropriately? They are small and when I'm in a hurry, it take a tiny bit longer to make sure I'm hitting the correct button. It's all about speed! Thanks
