Add padding to open PnL on the entry position line

If you enter a position then you need to drag the TP/SL from the position bar to where they want to be on the chart. This becomes problematic if the open PnL changes from xx.xx in currency format to xxx.xx as the dots you need to drag on the position bar shift due to the width of the open PnL field.
