Add Trading Hours to Weekly Risk Settings

Could you please add an option to set permitted trading hours within the Weekly Risk Settings?

This would be very useful for traders who want to enforce their trading plan and avoid trading during times of day when they know they should not be active.

It would be great to have trading hours treated like the other risk controls, with the option to set them as a hard restriction.
