ADD TRAILING STOP OPTION ON ORDER PLACEMENT

Add the ability to create a trailing stop loss during DOM order entry. The only way to create one currently is is place your buy/sell bracket order, kill the stop loss part of the order, then add a trail stop manually from the Order Entry Panel to replace your stop loss.
