Additions to the 'Order Panel' Component

I feel with a lot of un-used space on the order panel component, there are some more features that could be added to help with trade/risk management.

1. Add Stop Loss button that allows manual value entry to the tick.

2. Add Take Profit button that allows manual value entry to the tick.

3. Add 'Close % of trade' button (allow manual % entry to close)

4. Add 'Move to Break Even' button

5. Allow Ticks to be displayed on Entry/SL/TP along with $ amount on banner lines for active/pending trades.

6. Make the account 'Balance' display Static for closed positions and Add an account 'Equity' display that fluctuates with open positions.

7. Fix MLL amount to match DLL amount (ex. you start your day and can only lose $1k more before hitting MLL but DLL will still display $3k)
