After-hours Practice Trading Capabilities

I am looking for manual strategy testing capabilities during closed market hours, similar to what is currently available with NinjaTrader's simulation features. Topstep took NinjaTrader away from us, so I can no longer backtest on a practice account during closed market hours. As of now, practice accounts can only be used during regular market hours. I would like to be able to test my strategies when the markets are closed, especially on my weekends when I have time to test. Thanks.
