AGENT!!!

Simple solution for customer service, add a number queue so that were not sitting at the computer for 4 days waiting for a response to crashes and glitches. Oh like what happened on the 8th, at least we know when our help is coming whether its 100 people waiting OR 1000. Text notification that agent is ready to help would be nice as well. SIMPLE.
