Allow chart tabs to represent different time frames on same instrument

Currently, the same instrument on different chart tabs revert to last time frame. Allow disconnecting of time frames on the same instrument so traders can use a full size chart for tick, 1m, 5m, 15m etc etc. & use chart tabs as a switcher.
