Allow custom time levels in the Topstep levels indicator

It would be nice to be able to create a few custom lines. For example I would like to have lines for the Day Open and the New York Midnight price.

    Improvement to Topstep Daily Levels

    Please allow us to customize the daily levels lables, they currently occupy too much space on the side of our charts. Would like to have the ability to BOTH customize the color, AND the text.
