Allow customization of preset contract quantities (1-3-5-10-15)

Currently, TopstepX has preset contract quantities of 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15. It would be helpful to allow traders to customize these preset numbers to better match their trading strategies and preferences. This would improve the trading experience by providing more flexibility in order entry.
