Allow Risk Tool Adjustment for Follower Accounts

Hey Topstep Team,

I would like to propose that the risk tool adjustment feature be reverted back to being accessible for follower accounts. This especially made it easier to trade my combine accounts with my express accounts so I don’t have to close a trade as I’m scaling up my profits (this is due to the profit limit associated with the combine accounts). Having this feature made trading both simpler as I’m having the combine copy trades from my Express account.
