Allow trailing stop entry from DOM

This is 2 requests

1) Allow the choice to change order type when exiting a position via the DOM. If I am long and click a price level in the DOM below the current price, it places a market order. If I right click I get a stop. I would the option to change the order type placed when i click that price level. In Tradovate I can place a stop (style of my choosing between Stop, Stop Limit, Trailing Stop, Trailing Stop Limit) in the DOM.

2) Allow "smart" order type (stop vs limit) when you left click. If the order is being placed below price on the ask side it would be stop, below price on the bid its a limit, above price on ask is a limit, and above price on the bid is a stop. This allow easier entry on the DOM when viewing the page on mobile or ipad, as its either impossible or difficult to trigger a right click on these devices.
