Allow trade TP/SL to be viewed in ticks

It would be awesome to be able to switch the take profit and stop loss from dollar value into ticks.

I find it’s helpful to focus on a tick value rather than see the actual dollar amount going up and down as a trade is open… just a psyche thing! :]
