API Access for Quantum Developers

I would like to propose the implementation of a feature that allows users to generate API credentials within the TopstepX platform. This functionality would be valuable for a subset of users who require programmatic access to the platform's features.

I previously utilized the Tradovate API for my trading needs. However, I've transitioned entirely to the TopstepX platform. The ability to generate API credentials within TopstepX would be a significant improvement for my workflow.
