ASR Average Session Range and ADR, Prior settlement, IB Range, VAH, VAL, POC

These indicators are widely used on all platforms.

ASR Average Session Range needs to be able to be session selected for NY, Asia, London, etc. It needs to track up and down based on opening price of session and become fixed once range is hit. See usage in MT5 for features needed.

ADR Average Daily Range and ASR also need period settings for a range say 10 to 14, or 14 to 21, (can also be single range say 14 to 14) and displayed as possible shadow filled range for high and then also lows. Line type and color selectable.

IB Range needs to be default 1 hour based on contracts open and adjustable too.

Settlement needs to be drawn for X number of days back selectable. Default 1.

VAH, VAL Value Area High and Low calculated and levels drawn. Provide styles, colors and extention options too

All these need levels drawn with various options and selectable line styles, colors and shading if range.

Levels should have flexible option of extending forward on chart to x number of days.

Each of these indicators need to be automatically drawn on chart each day once applied with settings for that option as applicable.

These indicators should be broken out into their own indicator, not in one set.
