ATM Strategies

It would be really helpful to have ATM strategies so that (for instance) we can set our stop loss to jump to breakeven if desired. It would also allow finer control for following stops, for instance jumping 20 points every time the price goes up 20 points. The jump to breakeven is particularly important if the market moves quickly.
