BLOCKING MY LAYOUT AFTER USING IT ALL WEEK?

I followed your platforms instructions to create custom layouts and have multiple windows and it still will not allow me. I quote “There is no limit to the number of windows you can have open at a time.”, “However, having multiple 'window tabs' open on a single device (browser) is permitted.” I followed these instructions and when a new window is opened from the square in the top right corner it logs me off the previous window. Why can’t we have multiple windows open when I used this method the entire week and had no issues. It’s quite concerning I used this all week and made significant profits and now it’s blocked?

Please let me know how I can have multiple windows open. Everything is in the same browser and on the same computer with one login. Thank you.
