Blowing your combine because you think you are on practice account after reset of the practice

It would be very kind of you guys the TopStep Team too fix this issue with the reset of the Practice Account. because, when you reset your practice account you get send directly to your tradeing combine at the TopstepX and when your in flow you just think that your still on the practice account while your on the combine. Me personal beeing a person with Attention deficit disorder /add, it is hard to double check. thats how i busted 2/4 tradeing combines by now. please fix it. 150,00 is alot money for me. i use the practice account not that serious like i do my combine.
