Hello, my 50k account is marked as ineligible, even though I can still trade on it. I could have reset it with my new monthly payment last week. Since I could still trade on it, I didn’t think twice about it. It wasn’t until this morning that I noticed it was ineligible. Can you reset this account for me without me having to pay again?
