Buy/sell Limit Order Price Increments

I would like to have the option to set up my buy sell limit orders using price increment: for example: last price + 0.10 for buy and sell for ask -0.10. Market orders are always filled on the bottom or top of the recent candle, which result is entering a position with negative PL. Ask and bid orders won't be filled immediately unless I'm chasing the squeeze up or catching falling knife.
