Bypass Confirmation screens for "Close Position, Reverse, Flatten All"

Create check boxes in settings to bypass each confirmation screen for the Close position, reverse, and flatten all buttons.

The confirmation screen is a good measure to prevent accidental executions, however the confirmation screen slows down exiting a trade quickly. Using the "Close Position" button instead of the buy/sell buttons can prevent someone from "adding to" accidentally when attempting to exit the position completely.

Hotkeys could also be a good work around, but I think some may find the checkboxes helpful.
