I use the order card to copy and paste price from my other platform, that is the main reason I don’t execute on the DOM. Would it be easier to have a toggle to turn all execution buttons on/off on the DOM? My suggestion wouldn’t affect clicking bid/offer on the ladder.

Not everyone uses the Order Panel, some of us are just using the DOM. But if you just want the option to disable the order panel on the DOM, Ok.
