Candle timers not working properly

On my Top Step X the candle countdown timers either don't work or they are way off, so I am forced to use Tradingviews countdown timer. Sometimes it's very frustrating to have to keep looking at two monitors back and forth. I don't know if any other trader is having this problem or is it just mine.
