Chart FROZEN

Hello!

I am reaching out because I am currently experiencing my entire chart being completely frozen (TopStepX). This is not on “some charts” like only on ES or NQ, but every chart from Gold to Yen and more. I don’t know what’s going on as I am in profit and my account is not closed so I would see no reason as to why it would freeze up like this. I can still enter trades and I can see the price moving on the contract tab.
