Chart Sessions

Add the option to only show chart bars for main Exchange session or overnight session or both.

✅ Session Bar Core Goals:

1. Show current session (Asia, India, Europe, NY).

2. Mark time transitions (session open/close).

3. Allow alerts and visual markers:

   • Red folder events (e.g., FOMC, NFP).

   • Custom alerts.

🔧 Recommended Components:

• Session Time Definitions (in UTC or local, based on user input).

• Dynamic Color Bar showing current session.

• Vertical Lines or Icons for major events.

• Alert Triggers based on time or economic calendar flags.

• Ability for Props to inject Custom Alerts for unique System events.

I’d like to see an indicator created to highlight different sessions based on any time range I input. This would be a great help in finding my back testing area quicker as well. Different color choices also. Thank you

I’d love to see an option to visually distinguish trading sessions (e.g., London, New York, Asia) on the chart—ideally through background color shading or vertical separators. This would help identify optimal trading periods, avoid overtrading outside key hours, and improve overall session discipline.

Even a simple toggle for session highlights or a custom time block overlay would be incredibly helpful.
