Customizable Order Button Visibility on DOM

When trading micros, it's beneficial to monitor the DOM and Time and Sales on the emini simultaneously. Currently, all settings sync across TSX, which means order button visibility settings cannot be customized for individual DOMs.

Proposed Feature:

- Hide Order Buttons Selectively: Allow users to hide order buttons on one DOM while keeping them visible on another.

- Example Use Case: Hide order buttons on the NQ DOM while having an order card tab open for MNQ with all order buttons viewable.

It would provide more control and help eliminate execution errors on the wrong product.
