Customize color of entry and order lines on chart

Feature Request

Change default green and red line color, opacity and thickness. Current colors are very bright.

    How do you activate the order lines? All my chart shows are the entry/exit arrows.
    But, I agree with you - anyone with a white background (chart background) the order arrows can barely be seen.
