customize number of contracts &/or cross orders on follower accounts when copy trading

I would like to be able to have a ratio on the number of contracts & do a crossorder in a follower account when copy trading. For example, if the lead account is open at 1 contract on the NQ , I can adjust the ratio on the follower account to have 2 contracts or more on say the MNQ.
