I would like to be able to do a top-down analysis starting on the monthly chart and then work my way down to my entry timeframe. Currently, the monthly and weekly chart needs more data.
HTF Gaps. Also have the same issue. Perhaps a Gap fill candle indicator could be added to fill the data or candle gaps?

agreed. big money works on monthly / weekly / daily. would definitely want monthly chart to provide better data. 3- month as well if possible due to quarterly shifts.
