I would like the PING numbers to come back on the refresh rate. It no longer tells me my Refresh rate and knowing that I'm under 100ms is very important to me knowing if the platform is operating correctly. I love this new feature and now its gone. Please bring it back because to me, It looks as though your trying to hinder a trader rather than help. Keep up the good work guys

      They have moved to green, yellow, red which I can see may be annoying.

      I would prefer them to improve the servers/hosting, as viewing the experience streamed on youtube is better than what I experience direct/live.

    I posted something similar. I want the values back too.

    I think the problem is the number of support calls they're getting. I told them to create a HOW TO about it and don't include PING related support calls in their Helpdesk CSATs.
