Decide Product List Structure

Understanding the lists will have names added; The product drop-down in DOM is listed in order of the underlying instrument's name. Meanwhile, the "Quotes" component's list is in the order of the product code.

I would prefer to have the ability to classify based on asset class. At the very least- alphabetized the way it is in "Quotes" is better than the way it is in DOM.
