Disable the Topstep Levels to Auto Zoom on the Display on Chart

Topstep Levels Zoom Display on Chart - The Auto Zoom or Auto Adjust the display of the Times displayed on the chart to adjust when you scroll automatically, well when I turn on Topstep Levels it is now way too zoomed out to not able see the chart bars, with the lowest so far down it zooms way too far out. If I delete the Topstep Levels it then does adjust with auto properly again.
