DOM - set colors/hide buy/sell market + hide account selection

Hi,

You can set the colors of the bids and asks on the DOM, but I would also like to be able to set colors of the market buy & sell orders and potentially hide them as well.

Aside from that, being able to hide the account selector on DOM would also save vertical space. Given that the toolbar always has account selection and only one account can be active per window, the selector on the DOM feels a little redundant.

Low hanging fruit, but potentially not beneficial to most.
