Drawings made in a higher timeframe not appearing properly in lower timeframes.

I'm facing an issue with chart drawings on TopstepX. Drawings in higher time-frames are often not appearing in lower time-frames. This already led to a loss, as I'd have gotten out of a trade when price hit a key area that was plotted on my chart, but I couldn't because, in lower time-frame, it simply didn't appear. I use the rectangle tool to draw support/resistance, FYI.
