Economic Event Alert/Notification

Have a popup banner/alert/notification appear on the screen when an economic event is about to take place. This can be set up from the economic event section of the “Trader Hub” page, where we can also filter alerts for only high/medium/low impact events, filter the country, and modify the amount of time before the event when you get the alert (5 min before, 15 min before, etc). It would also be nice to have an optional sound to ping with the alert.
