Elder Impulse System (colored candles)

Description: Please add Dr. Alexander Elder’s Impulse System as a built-in indicator that colors the candles: green when both the 13-period EMA and the MACD-Histogram (12-26-9) are rising, red when both are falling, blue otherwise. It is a core tool of Elder’s Triple Screen method (The New Trading for a Living, 2014, ch. 40) and is available on many other platforms. Optional: adjustable EMA and MACD lengths.
