Equal Highs / Lows Indicator

Is it possible to get an indicator which identifies Equal Highs and Lows on charts. I know a lot of people will use these as draws of liquidity. The indicator not Tradingview currently is excellent and fit for purpose.
The one we use is Equal Highs and Lows - by outofoptions

The lines are highlighted and extended and then removed when mitigated. Would this be something that could be done for topstepX
