Export Workspace function

Export Workspace would allow traders to save a file with their layout to desktop. This would also allow traders to share their workspace with other traders. Alternatively, there might be a cloud solution that can share a workspace.

Beneficial for TopstepTV because when we have a guest on our audience can download/import the guests workspace instead of asking in chat 1000 times for an EMA indicator level.
