Since the problems with the TopstepX™ where three brief outages resulting in unresponsiveness on the platform and during those outages, your trading and account(s) were directly impacted, the trades when exported are not showing the charts.
I download the trade as usual “export” and choose date, press “export” again and the download isn’t showing up as a .csv - I have to specify now.
Next, when I import the trades after specifying .csv I get no data on the charts anymore.
I’ve tried to get an answer with the bot, and hoping to get someone on the other end with blood in veins, but I can’t get past the questions. It just won’t take my question.
Is there anyone else experiencing this with Tradezella Specifically, and if so, have you been able to get your charts imported? Would you mind sharing how you did this? Thanks.
