Feature request for lockout of followers too with Leader

Feature request: Please make it that the Leader’s lockout will ALSO affect the followers too. Because there is a loophole that if we are not discipline enough; we can go mess with the followers especially after a red day where we may tilt or lose absolute control.

So please enable this feature rather than disabled.
