Feature Suggestions

Hi Topstep Team!

I wanted to suggest a few features that I think would really improve the platform, especially for active traders like me:

1) Stronger Personal Loss Limit Setting

The current personal daily loss limit is helpful, but since we can change it anytime, it's not very effective in enforcing discipline. Would it be possible to make it so that once we set a limit, we can't change or remove it for at least 30 days? This would help traders stick to their risk management plans.

2) Hotkey for Locking Drawing Tools

Could you add a hotkey that lets us quickly toggle the "lock all drawing tools" option? This would help during scalping when there's no time to fumble with the settings.

3) Tick-Based Bracket Settings

Right now, the profit and risk brackets are based on dollar amounts. Could you also allow us to set them in ticks? It would be more intuitive for traders who base their setups on market structure.

4) Scaling Out in Brackets

It would be great to have a scaling out feature in the bracket orders. For example, selling 1 contract at one target, another at the next level, and so on, instead of exiting the entire position at once.

5) Chart Scale

Is there a way to lock or fix my chart scale/settings (pictures attached) on TopstepX?

If not, what about on other platforms? Whenever I switch to MNQ for a quick sizedown scalp, the bars and chart get squeezed, so I have to zoom in to make the candles visible and tradeable. That takes about 20 seconds — and then when I switch back to the NQ chart, it inherits that zoom level, so I have to adjust it all over again.
