Feature to avoid overtrading and add more in the position

Hi Topstep team,

I would like to request 2 features:

1. in the risk man section add

   if the trader lose X trades(Trader off/on) in the roll lock the trade down for few minutes/hour or day

   if the trade has a position open avoid to add more in the trade if the trade is a losing position(trader turn on off)
   
   As work in It here the feature in agile:
   
   As a good risk management trader
   I want to limit my trades per day

   As a good risk management trader
   I want to avoid to add in my losing trades
