Fix Drawing Savings

almost everyday my saved lines/levels are 'removed' during the day.

i create lines for yesterday VAL, VAH, POC etc.. after 1 or 2 tries it doesn't only show on 15m alone, but also on 5m and 1m... but then a few hours later after checking another instrument they are back to yesterdays values.
