Fix Order Entry Pop Up Box

The pop up box is a problem. I would like the option to REMOVE market orders from there AND color code the sell=red and buy=green. There are numerous times I'm meant to set a limit order only have a market order trigger. Ideally something like click Right to Buy and Left to sell with a limit order where you current cursor is on the chart, and if press and hold something like a shift key, or just have hot keys, bring up a popup for the contract numbers. The order entry box is pushing to go back to Tradovate since at least that's easier and visually a clue.
