flatten positions from website dashboard

until we will have a mobile app, add the ability to flatten yourself out from topstep dashboard website. in case of electricity crush or internet connection lost we can flatten the positions as fast as possible from mobile phone. (the discord flatten option helps but somtimes it's too late)
